These are things you should know before calling tech support regarding email issues.

1) your mail client (i.e. Outlook Express, Outlook, Netscape, WebMail, etc.)

2) whether you have it set to download ALL mail or only unread mail

3) whether you have it set to delete messages after download

4) any errors you are getting

5) whether you have firewall software installed (and if so, which one)

6) whether you have antivirus software installed (if so, which one)

7) if you have tried turning off either/or/both antivirus and firewall software and what the results are

8) anything you have recently installed or changed on your computer

9) Whether you are connected to the Internet through WingNET or another ISP
