When you contact us, please be prepared to give a concise description of your problem. After describing the problem, we may ask for more details. It is very helpful if you are receiving any error messages to either leave those on the screen or to write them down for our reference.
Because of the various types of services we offer, we have several tiers of urgency in our support system. Typically, we give priority to people who cannot get online at all. After that, e-mail is one of the next priority services for us.
NOTE: If you are having trouble with third party software such as online games, word processors, your antivirus or firewall software, please note that we offer limited or no support for these since our focus is on providing Internet access and services. Most of these companies have their own support teams which will be glad to assist you.
