WingNET provides support via phone or e-mail. Use the form on our Contact page, or you may also reach us locally at (423)559-5465 or by using our toll free number (888) 946-4638. Currently, support is offered during our normal office hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EST Mon-Fri.
When you contact us, please be prepared to give a concise description of your problem. After describing the problem, we may ask for more details. It is very helpful if you are receiving any error messages to either leave those on the screen or to write them down for our reference.
Because of the various types of services we offer, we have several tiers of urgency in our support system. Typically, we give priority to people who cannot get online at all. After that, e-mail is one of the next priority services for us.
NOTE: If you are having trouble with third party software such as online games, word processors, your antivirus or firewall software, please note that we offer limited or no support for these since our focus is on providing Internet access and services. Most of these companies have their own support teams which will be glad to assist you.
If you are looking for the WingNET Dialup Accelerator software, follow this link to download SlipStream Version 6.0.9 for Windows. On some computers, you may have to right click the link and choose “Save as.”
If you need the Mac OS X (10.2 or higher) version, follow this link for SlipStream for Mac 6.0.10.
