Did anyone welcome you personally?    Yes, greeters and several members

Was your pew comfortable?    Yes

How would you describe the pre-service atmosphere?    People were greeting each other quietly

What were the exact opening words of the service?        “We’ve come into this house to worship the Lord”.

What books did the congregation use during the service?    none

What musical instruments were played?    Piano, organ, sax, electric guitar, drums and guitar

Did anything distract you?    Just a baby who cried out briefly

Was the worship stiff-upper-lip, charismatic, or what?    Charismatic, upbeat, good flow of worship and praise with traditional and contemporary music

Exactly how long was the sermon?    Approximately 25 minutes

On a scale of 1-10, how good was the preacher?    9

In a nutshell, what was the sermon about?    Evangelism

Which part of the service was like being in heaven?    Praise and worship

And which part was not so heavenly?    Can’t think of any

What happened when you hung around after the service looking lost?     People came to introduce themselves, greet us and tell about the church’s ministries
