Why can I not log into my ftp site?

This can be caused by several things:

1. The webmaster has not been informed that you are going to setup a web page and so access has not been granted to your directory. If you have not informed the webmaster please do so by e-mail to webmaster@wingnet.net.
2. You are not logging on properly. Make sure you are logging on using your login or username and password that you use to connect to WignNET.
3. Your FTP program settings are incorrect. Make sure they correspond to the specs found on the Settings Page.
