Netscape
1. Go to “Edit” and then to “Preferences”
2. Click the arrow beside “Advanced”
3. Choose “Proxies”
4. Click “Manual Proxy Configuration”
5. Click “View”
6. Enter the following information:
HTTP = proxy.wingnet.net Port = 8965
FTP = proxy.wingnet.net Port = 8965
Gopher = proxy.wingnet.net Port = 1080
Leave Socks blank, Port = 1080
7. Exit then reenter Netscape
Internet Explorer
1. Go to “Tools” then to “Internet Options”
2. Click on the “Connections” tab
3. Select the “WingNET” dialup connection
4. Click “Settings”
5. Under “Proxy Server” choose “Use a proxy server”
6. In the address box, type “proxy.wingnet.net Port = 8965
